Free Project Consultation

We discuss your goals and broad expectations, review the existing bathroom, flag major visible feasibility issues, and discuss an approximate investment range. This first conversation helps determine whether SKB and the project are a good fit; it does not include detailed planning or final pricing.

Preliminary Range & Paid Development Plan

If the project appears to be a good fit, we provide a preliminary project range. You can then choose whether to begin the paid Development Plan, where we measure the space, define the scope, coordinate selections and layout information, estimate labor and materials, and identify project requirements.

Final Scope, Proposal & Construction

After the Development Plan, we present the final scope and construction proposal for approval. Most bathroom remodels take three to six weeks depending on size and complexity, with major decisions and project requirements resolved before construction begins.
